PHYSICAL CONDITIONING

Physical preparation is another pillar in the development of young athletes. To this end, four weekly sessions complement the sports program, primarily based on Strength and Conditioning. Supervised by certified coaches, the players will have access to a private space in a gym. Mainly based on movements from Functional Training, the session programming is designed to develop the qualities necessary for improving the golf swing. Additionally, it is an essential factor in the concept of pushing oneself beyond limits.
