This is a crucial step for us, as it promotes the growth of our young talents, which is at the heart of Biarritz Golf’s DNA. Together, we are committed to providing opportunities for young golfers to develop their skills and passion for the sport.
Our shared goal is to encourage these young players to thrive and reach their full potential while respecting the values and traditions that make Biarritz Le Phare Golf Club renowned.

C&S Partners is a consulting firm specializing in advising senior management, with a focus on the energy sector and capital-intensive industries.

Founded in 2018 by four former colleagues and friends, all with dual international careers as business leaders and consultants/coaches, C&S Partners supports executives and entrepreneurs, as well as their teams, helping them to “realize their leadership.”

Who are we?

Originally started in 1984 by Philippe Ripert, Slavi’s story evolved into Groupe Clim when his son Romain took over in 2008.
